Please review the Important WUSA Dates handout that was provided to you in your envelope at Reveal.

Complete this form no later than 6:00PM on Tuesday, April 2nd. You must also submit your hard copy 2019-2020 WUSA Acceptance Form and return it to the First Year Center located in the lower level of Umrath House in suite 0925.
